Office 365 is a tool provided by the school district to help staff and students be able to work anywhere with an internet connection. To access Office 365 follow this article.

From any modern web browser go to login.microsoftonline.com
Or go to the school website (nls.k12.mn.us) Parent/Student or Staff
then office365.
Enter your full school email address (username@nls.k12.mn.us for staff. username@nlswildcats.com for students).
Press "Next".
Enter your active directory password (what you use to login to a school computer).
Press "Sign In".

NOTE: If your account has multi-factor login enabled you will be asked to approve the login from your phone after this step.
You are now at your Office 365 home screen. From here you are able to access:
Word, Excel, or PowerPoint Online - A lightweight version of the apps you know from the desktop.
OneDrive - The tool that your documents and files are stored in.
SharePoint - Used to access collaboration sites.
and many other apps.

Here you may also download a copy of the full Microsoft Office Suite to your personal computer, to do so press "Install Office" (NOTE: Each user is permitted 5 licenses to install Office on any Mac or PC Device).
