If you encounter an issue with your Smart Board not responding to touch properly follow this guide to update the software and firmware to the latest version

	In the lower right corner of you screen click the "Up Arrow" to expand the system tray. Find the Smart icon (a white circle on a blue background), right click the icon.
	On the menu click on "Check for Updates and Activation"
	On the menu click on "Update" if the button is greyed out you have the latest version already installed, NOTE: DO NOT close the update window or shutdown your computer, doing so will result in errors in your Smart Board software.
